ABOUT

The more I learned, the more I remembered. The more I remembered, the more I trusted the wisdom that had been within me all along.
My spiritual journey began long before Wisdom Within the Winds ever came into being.
From a young age, I felt drawn to the unseen and the sacred. The healing properties of crystals fascinated me, as did the guidance offered by oracle cards, pendulum dowsing, connecting with angels, and the grounding magic of Mother Earth. While other teenagers explored more mainstream interests, I often spent my time at the local bookshop in search of mystical teachings or visited crystal shops to find stones whose energy called to me.
These practices never felt like hobbies; they felt like I was remembering and returning to a part of myself that had always been there. But this didn't last long.
As I began to move into adulthood, I gradually tucked away and lost touch with this side of myself.
Like so many other people, I believed success meant following a more traditional route. I focused on college, built a corporate career in advertising and marketing, and achieved many of the goals I thought I was supposed to pursue.
Yet despite those accomplishments, I felt incomplete; I didn't feel like my true and authentic self.
Time passed by, but thankfully, due to a strong and loud stirring in my soul, I found my way back.
I returned to my crystals, oracle cards, spiritual practices, and my connection with my angels and spirit guides. The pieces of myself that I had tucked away and lost touch with for years slowly began to return. It felt like coming home (once again) to something that had always been within me.
During this time, I also began to see that I was not meant to spend my life confined to an office, following the same routine day after day. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with a traditional 9-to-5 path, there was a quiet but persistent calling within my heart and soul that I was meant to help others. Even though I didn't yet fully know what this would look like or how, I trusted that I was being guided toward a path more aligned with who I truly was and my true purpose.
My spiritual journey continued to unfold as I explored and studied a variety of healing and spiritual modalities, including Reiki, Angel Card Readings, the Akashic Records, Nordic Runes, Women's Circles, and other transformative practices. I also experienced the profound transformation that can occur through ritual, community, movement, and spiritual connection.
With each step, I began to understand my purpose: to help others remember, reconnect, reclaim, and return to their innate intuition and magic (their wisdom within).
Yet while I was uncovering my purpose, I was also navigating health challenges.
I was born with a genetic, progressive, and incurable condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). One visible symptom of NF1 is the growth of tumours on the face and body. Over the years, hurtful comments and judgments from strangers shaped the way I saw myself.
So, despite understanding my purpose, my mind convinced me that I wasn't someone others would want to turn to for support. Instead of fully stepping into the work I was being called to do, I let fear and self-doubt keep me hidden.
And, for many years, the fear and self-doubt had the louder voice.
That changed in 2019.

After a potential breast cancer scare and a lumpectomy (because women with NF1 are 5x more likely to develop breast cancer than the average woman), I received the news that the results were benign. While I was incredibly grateful, the experience became a profound wake-up call. It reminded me how precious life truly is and how little time we have to postpone the dreams and callings that live within us.
Then, not too long after that, I had a talk with the Universe. I said out loud that I knew I was not meant to stay stuck in an office; I knew I was meant to help others. But the reality was, I had bills to pay. Well, a few days after that talk, I was part of a company-wide layoff and received a package.
Those moments made me realise I could no longer let fear and self-doubt dictate my decisions.
I chose to stop hiding. Instead, I finally chose to trust the calling that had been speaking and guiding me for years.
And that is when I decided to create and bring Wisdom Within the Winds into the world.
Today, through intuitive guidance, spiritual mentorship, and sacred support, I help others strengthen their connection to themselves, trust their inner knowing, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment. I wanted to help people see their potential, trust themselves more deeply, and remember and return to the wisdom that already exists within them.
My journey has been shaped not only by personal experience but also by years of study, exploration, and professional training.
I believe learning is a lifelong path. Over the years, I have immersed myself in various spiritual, intuitive, and personal development modalities to continually expand my knowledge and refine my ability to support others. Each course, certification, workshop, and learning experience has added another thread to the tapestry of wisdom that informs my work today.
While credentials are only one part of the story, they reflect my commitment to serving others with integrity, professionalism, and heart.
