I would appreciate it if you would take some time to read the following terms and conditions. By purchasing and booking the service(s) of Wisdom Within the Winds, or by signing up for newsletters, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a service, you are also agreeing that you have read and accepted the disclaimer(s) on the website. There is a detailed disclaimer on each page of the services currently available.

You must make full payment online before you can receive your email reading and/or video appointment service(s). No exceptions.

All clients must be at least 18 years old.

NEWSLETTERS

By subscribing to newsletters, you are agreeing to receive emails from Wisdom Within the Winds. The purpose of these newsletters is to share intuitive guidance, heart-led inspiration, exclusive discounts and to stay up to date on current offerings. The newsletter will be sent approximately 1-2 times per month through Kit.

The subscription to the newsletter service is not mandatory. If you choose to subscribe, you must opt in and confirm a subscription via email.

Once you subscribe, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription. You will not be subscribed until you confirm the email to prove it is you who has subscribed with your email address. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of the newsletter emails that you receive. Alternatively, you can also email support@wisdomwithinthewinds.ca to request to be manually removed from the subscription list.

Wisdom Within the Winds may modify or discontinue the newsletter at any time with or without notice to subscribers. Wisdom Within the Winds also reserves the sole right to unsubscribe users/ visitors from the newsletter service without notice. We will do so with any subscriber deemed to be registered with fraudulent or fake data.

PAYMENTS

Payments for video appointments (Reiki session, The Hermit & The High Priestess Tarot/Oracle card reading) do not act as retainers or deposits. They buy you a specific time slot, and an appointment will not be carried over to a new appointment or refunded if you fail to show up for your reading. 

REFUND POLICY

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for my services. Readings, mentorships and healing sessions require a lot of work. When you purchase a service from me, you are paying for my time and my energy. Unfortunately, I can't get these back once your service is completed. 

There are no refunds for any reason whatsoever (no exceptions). If you are late for a video appointment (Reiki session, The Hermit & The High Priestess Tarot/Oracle card reading), time will not be added to the end. It is your responsibility to be on time.

I am continually growing my practice and expertise to best support my clients. If you are unsure or unsatisfied with your service, please contact me to discuss your experience.

All content on the website may not be copied or republished.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All client readings and healing sessions are entirely confidential and will never be revealed to a third-party. I will only share information when clients voluntarily provide testimonials.

Your privacy is important. I will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party, nor will I use your email address for unsolicited mail. Emails sent to Wisdom Within the Winds are strictly for the agreed services and products purchased or if you signed up for newsletters and updates.

This website contains a link to the PayPal website. Wisdom Within The Winds is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

Wisdom Within The Winds reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it is needed. Your continued use of the site will indicate your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any major changes to the privacy policy, they will be announced on the website.
